I'm on EC Model and the questions asked are -->

Me : Good Morning Officer

VO : Good Morning, How are you doing ?

Me: Doing Good, Thanks.

VO: So you are here for H1B Visa right ?

Me: Yes Sir (firmly)

VO: you work for xxxxtek ?

Me: Yes, I work for xxtek info systems

VO: Do u have an endclient ?

Me: Yes, its xxx

VO: How long have u been working with the client ?

Me: Its been 3 years

VO: What do you do for them ?

Me: I'm a xxxxx Administrator (Precisely)

VO: Can you elaborate a bit about your duties ?

Me: Yes, I work as xxxxx Administrator, and we support an Application called xxxxx which runs on xxxx OS, xxxx databases and websphere middleware. (his face looked like he's satisfied with the answer)

VO: Whats your highest level of degree ?

Me: Masters in Computer Science

VO: What Courses did u do in ur Masters ?

Me: (I didn't expect this question, but I immediately started saying) Computer Networks, Software Programming and Management and Database Administration. (Again he nodded his head like he's satisfied)

VO: OK, whats your Salary ?

Me: xx,000 dollars per Annum

VO: Can you give me ur W2's, Tax Returns and LCA if possible ?

Me: Gave 3 yrs of w2's, tax returns and LCA

VO: why is ur salary very less in ur 1st year's W2 ?

Me: I graduated from my master's in that year, So I worked only for 6 months.

VO: OK, Even ur second year's W2 doesn't match the salary which you just said ?

Me: Yes, It increased only from September 2012, when my H1B Petition was initiated

VO: OK. (He checked something on the computer for a minute or so and said) You Qualified for the US Visa. You will receive an email and get your PP through Loomis.

Me: Thank You !!

I got my PP in 4 days.

what was your 2nd W2 salary? was it less than LCA, or higher than LCA?

Hank, 2nd W2 salary was less than the LCA.
