H1B transfer, waiting for LCA approval from 3 weeks

Hi,

I am applying for H1B transfer. My new employer applied for LCA 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for LCA approval. In general I know that LCA will approved in 5 to 8 days. Why it is taking this much time? Is it because we are near April 1st Any one has any idea? Please help me.
