Yogi.B Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 I am planning to go for H1B stamping to Vancouver, Canada. I have completed my graduation from India (No post graduation in US). I was working on L1A before moving from L1 to H1. This would be the first time stamping on H1. I have client letter from current client. Can somebody help me understand, if Higher studies from US is required to appear for visa stamping in Canada. Any thoughts are appreciated ! Thanks !
mudassir Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 yes thats correct, if you have master's or any higher education degree in usa then only you are eligible to go to h1b stamping in canada.or they clearly stated you have to you home country for stamping.

I might be wrong but I have seen people posting their experience of successful h1b visa stamping with no master's degree from USA. Are you 100% sure about it?
VKK Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 Hi Yogi.B, Masters from US is not required to appear visa stamping in Canada. You are good to attend the H1 visa stamping in Canada.
h1b1010 Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 I have seen my people who don't have master degree in USA posting their success stories after stamping in Canada.
