sampitroda Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 I am providing an experience letter from a former supervisor who has moved on from the former employer as a secondary evidence for I 140 experience letter. My former employer has refused to give a letter which I will show as my primary evidence being denied. My questions is: Does my former supervisor have to get the I140 experience letter notarized? I have the letter from him detailing my job duties and his former title and contact and years of service. Please let me know.
