Stamping in Canada

Hi,

Entered US on H4. Later got H1B approval.

I am on H1B without showing my Masters as requirement. Now i am planning to go to Vancover for stamping.

Will they consider my masters as this is my first time stamping on H1B.

I meant.. My home country is India,. Shld i go for 1st time H1B stamping only to home country??
