Nesh Posted March 30, 2013 Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 i had same issue when my first extension was done. my RFE was for W-2 and latest Pay Stubs only. this kind or RFE is very common more important is content of RFE. you can ask your company's Lawyer who can tell you more about your specific RFE.
