Hello Sir/Madam

Here is my status in US:

1.Visa Type: L1-B Blanket visa

2. Visa Expiration Date: 2nd June 2013

3. I94 Expiration Date: 2nd June 2013

4. L1B Extention : It has been filed and got RFE. Need to reply by 8th June 2013.

My questions are:

If i visit out of country now and get I94 lets say by December 2013 and my L1-B extention is denied then Can i stay and Work in US by December 2013 on expired L1-B visa and Extention denial?

Will there be any issue while leaving country in December 2013?

Thank you so much in advance.

Regards

An L-1 worker with a valid visa issued under the employer's Blanket can generally receive an I-94 valid for 3 years upon reentry into the U.S. Therefore, it may make more sense to withdraw the current petition rather than to respond to the RFE. However, I would need additional information to make such a determination.
