H1B Visa Slot in Canada

Hello,

I am residing in United States.

While booking H1B Visa Slot in Canada, I see two options under Non Canadian section:-

1. Residing in Canada

2. Residing in United States.

Question: Can I choose "Residing in Canada" and book the slot, as I see more availlable slots (dates).

we must select "Residing in United States." option.

If Choose Residing in United States, I don't see any dates in April, but When I choose "Residing in Canada", I see dates in April, so will there be any issue if I choose Residing in Canada and book my slot as I want to go for stamping in April.
