Car title expired. 2. Driving licence expired). Now my licence status is in suspended. Now i am planning to apply B1 visa. Is that create any issue? Link to comment
Attorney_25 Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 Generally civil traffic citations are not a ground of inadmissibility. Criminal citations such as for DUI could cause inadmissibility. You may want to make sure the citations you received are civil and not criminal. If they are criminal, you will want to consult with a qualified immigration attorney to determine what issues you might have. Link to comment
