Hello,

Please help to answer below question.

I have EAD/AP. I am aware that I can use AP to travel and dont need to go for H1 stamping.

Due to personal reasons I still want to go for H1 stamping as my stamping has expired.

For some reason if my stamping gets delayed/denied, can I still come back to US on AP?
