Travel to India while L1B to H1B COS in progress

I am looking for answer for my following question. Please help me with answer:

Myself and my family is currently in US. I am working on L1B with Company A. Company B is going to file my H1B on April 1st 2013. They will be filing L1B to H1B COS.

My family wants to travel to India. I asked Company B to wait for starting the process of H4 for my family until they come back from India. I have following question:

Question : Is it fine if my family go to India and then come back to US on L2 when my H1B will be in procees or my H1B might also get approved by that time when they return. Can there be any issue ?
