EAD and AP renewal question

Hi,

My Employer is in California so my I-485 receipt has LIN number. I live in virginia at my client location I am about to file my EAD and AP Renewal.

As per : I-765 Instruction (EAD):"For all other I-765 file you are filling at USCIS at Phoenix or Dallas facilities based on where you live."

From the table provided in the I-765 Instructions it looks like Virginia residents have to send to Dallas facilities.

As per :I-131 form( Advance payrole):

Form I-131 Instructions (11/05/11) Y Page 7

If your I-797C Receipt number begins with LIN or WAC,

file your Form I-131 at the

USCIS Phoenix Lockbox

facility. See chart.

If your I-797C Receipt number begins with EAC or SRC,

file your Form I-131 at the

USCIS Dallas Lockbox

From I-131 instructions above looks like I have to send the documents to Phoenix since my I-485 reciept starts with LIN.

With the new process where Andvance payroll is part of the EAD, I am assuming that I have to send both applications to the same location,but as per above I confused to where to send the applications.

It would be great help if someone can suggest where to send the applications.

Send them to the address where you would send the I765.
