mishraanna Posted March 8, 2013 Report Share Posted March 8, 2013 This case happened in Dec-2012. Yet to receive any further communication from USCIS as of date (today : 7th March, 2013). Details: I got my H1 and my spouse H4 extension papers in Dec-2012. My extension was for one year, and wrongly my spouse H4 expire date is same as last year expire date. By mistake USCIS did not updated my spouse information. We called few times USCIS and they saying still case is open and will keep us posted. Is this normal case ?
