Hello friends,

I filed the H1B extension with new employer and got approval. After 6 months i came to know the day on the DOB is wrong on H1B Approval receipt: I-129 & I94. It is the mistake of the employer. The sad thing is I realized 2 days before i go stamping and cancelled the visa appointment yesterday. Attorney is saying to go with the letter from the employer saying its a typo error, which I dont want to take risk.

Can you guys help me find the right way to correct the DOB on H1 Receipt/I94 in faster way. Please help me if you guys know if any one had the same situation
