nHelp123 Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Hi, Need help. My I 140 was approved in June 2005 from Vermont SC with EB3 PD of March 2003. Since then I filed 485, EAD and AP. Today on mar 2013 I received notice that my I 140 has been transferred to TSC. Why my case is transferred after approval. Do you think I need to take any action. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks.
