Hi All,

One of the company is interested in hiring me at one of the management support position with prevailing wage around ~40,000 USD. It is a small company with employee count below 5. The company was established around 2006/2007. The Gross Annual Income is around Half Million USD. The Net Annual Income is in the range of 20,000 to 30,000 USD.

Will it make a case for H1B filing?

Can the company's lower Net Annual Income make my H1B filing case weak?

It will be great if someone can help me with the answers.

The salary looks rather low. Where is the job located?

And the employer needs to be able to pay the salary.

The company should discuss things with an immigration lawyer.
