newy0rker
Hi all- This is my first post in the forum. I am on OPT STEM extension right now, it is going to expire in July 2013. My employer is going to apply my H1B this april. Shall I ask them to apply in premium category? I work for an Indian consulting company & my current project is with an Insurance client. If my H1B is rejected/denied, can I go back to F1 status? ( I have done MS in Electrical/Electronics & I am wrking as a Business Analyst). What could be the next steps if my H1B gets denies? (in both case - premium and regular).... Link to comment
