vendy9999 Posted March 2, 2013 Report Share Posted March 2, 2013 i am on h1 and my wife has h4.and kid is also in h4 i and my wife has our eads.. our pd is april 2009 on eb2... i am out of job now for the past 1 month....trying very hard.. most of the employers are asking me to use my ead..for being on their w2 or to do c2c on my company can i use my ead for initial 3-4 months and then get back to h1b once market stabilizes in my field.does using ead makes my kid go out of status.. what kind of problem will it invite...
