H4 extension RFE on H1 extension RFE

Hello,

My employer applied H1 extension on Jan 1st week and I applied my family by my own (not thru employer) H4 extension on 2nd week of Jan.

Feb 1st week received RFE on my H1. My employer is trying to get the required documents and yet to respond.

Feb 2nd week the status on my H4 extension showed RFE and it indicated that they sent mail. but I have not received the H4 RFE letter till today.

I called USCIS and informed that I have not received any letter having H4 RFE details. Its almost 30 days over. they asked me to wait 15 days and call back if i have not received any letter.

RFE's should be responded in 60 days? I don't know what i could i do further. Any information will be helpful.
