H4 to H1B - Question related to documents

Hi

My spouse is on H4 currently and I have found an employer who is ready to file H1 for her

I wanted to know apart from the following documents, are there any additional documents I can send to improve the chances of approval? (i was thinking of sending the Oracle java certification, Her letter stating she worked as volunteer in US, Certificate of completing programming course from local college, letter stating training from a IT company in US)

Educational degrees

Experience letter of previous employers

Passport/I94/Visa/Marriage certificate
