you need to prove that your employer has valid relationship with you ..

USCIS doesn't like layers between client and your employer. Most likely this H1b won't approve.

Lot of people who working as a contractor will have 1 layer as minimum and i am having one more layer ., how to overcome this kind of issues ....

=> There is no way to work around with the multiple layers issue. Multiple layers mean no existence of employee-employer relationship. H1b requirements doesn't suite with multiple layers model. GC and USCs are good with this model, but not H1b workers. "Lot of people" doesn't change the USCIS intent.
