221g-Stuck In Toronto ,Anyone leaving to US by Car

I got a 221g and stuck here in Toronto, Before coming here i hired a Budget rental car

The US customer service rep told me i can do a one way drop-off , So i hired the car

But yesterday when i called to find out a drop off location ,they denied to accept the car since i booked it thorough priceline.
