klnprasad
Hello Experts, If a person is working on L1A which is valid until 2015, and he files H1B thru another employer which supposedly approved for Oct 2013. Does L1A will gets terminated/void automatically from the effective date of H1B? even though he do not wish to change the job on H1B. What is the process if he wants to retain and continue his L1 Thanks Link to comment
binoca82
Apply H1 for consular processing, not as a COS - change of status. Link to comment
JoeF
Why would a company file an H1 for you and pay quite some moeny if you don't want to work there??? If the H1 is filed as COS, you would be in H1 status from Oct. 1 on. Of course, the company could file the H1 without COS, by why should they do so? Link to comment
