annab1415 Posted February 26, 2013 Report Share Posted February 26, 2013 hi I came to us on h4 in 2008 dec applied for h1 for the 1st time(cos h4 to h1, in 2009), approved and was valid from 1st oct 2009 to 2012 in first week of october'09 got SSN(did not started working) but, due to some personel problem left to india(oct 30 2009) came back on h4. did not work for one month on h1(ie., 1st oct'09 to 30 oct'09) Planning to work now ... what is the procedure to cos to h1 again(h1 expired 30 oct 2012)? what r the documents reqired?
