I hold L1-B visa, my work require me to work out of US most of the time, with multiple short trips into US (varies from 2-6 weeks per trip), will be traveling again into US for 2-3 months stay in Aug.

I have been engaged for few months, and fiancee recently filed for Naturalization, and if fiancee receives citizenship when enter US on Aug (between Aug - Nov), we are looking into getting married in US.

Can i file for AOS and EAD after? And I need to stay in US while pending for processing? Can this also allow me to still work for my company under L1-B?

Your comment is much appreciated, as I do not want to violate any law that gives any indication that this abuse/fraud. We have been in relationship for > 2 years, and are from the same home country. We have sufficient document to proof the legitimacy of our relationship.

Most of the other forums states L1 holder for spouse from home country eligible to apply for L2, but not L1 holder marrying US citizen and condition of stay, etc.

Thank you
