L1A Eligibility

I was on H1b visa for 6 yrs in USA. I left US in August 2012. I am still been employed with the same company as a manager in their local office in India. I plan to move back to US around Sep/Oct 2013.

1. Since I now work as a manager and I will be employed for a year outside US with the same company as of August 2013, can I apply for L1A?

2.Is L1A subjected to Cap like H1b? If so, since the start date of L1A will be in October 2013, can I apply in April 2013 or do I have to wait until August 2013? I am concerned about the cap being closed by August

Hi Attorney_23,

L1B I94 Extension Premium,was the status on Feb 19th as "RFE"now 15day Premium Process clock stopped

I am not sure what doe this mean exactly, please help me...appreciated your help.
