nishant333 Posted February 24, 2013 Report Posted February 24, 2013 Hi, I have got a job offer from a US based employer A who has a sister concern B in India. Employer A wants me to join the Indian subsidary B now only then they will be filing my H1B petition. I wanted to know if there is a minimum tenure of 1 year that I have to work with company B before I can be eligible for H1B (I know it is true for L1 visa). Regards, NT
t75 Posted February 25, 2013 Report Posted February 25, 2013 Not for H-1B by US regulations. The employer may have his own policies.
