Employer A wants me to join the Indian subsidary B now only then they will be filing my H1B petition. I wanted to know if there is a minimum tenure of 1 year that I have to work with company B before I can be eligible for H1B (I know it is true for L1 visa). Regards, NT Link to comment

You are eligible for H1B if that job requirements matches with your skill sets. Link to comment
