New L1B but never used H1 approved petition 2012

Hi

I had an L1B from current employer X and it got expired on dec 2012. Meanwhile new employer Y sponsored my H1 and petition got approved in oct 2012. But due to some reasons, employer Y is still buying time from me to send all documents such as client letter etc. so could not do h1 stamping.

Meanwhile, my current employer X is planning to sponsor a new L1B again. Will Employer X come to know my H1 petition during my new L1B process?

Please advise .
