How to report immigration fraud ?

I know one person whose employer has helped him creating illegal documents for filing GC in EB1 category. He is not working as a manager. He is working for a IT consultancy as a tester. The company submitted documents to USCIS saying that he is currently working as a manager.

He even got his GC in 10 months.

He keeps telling everyone now that he can do anything that is impossible and keeps making fun of USCIS and feels proud of himself for how can he make others fool.

Can't we do something about such people and stop getting USA polluted with such immigrants ?

Why can't people follow rules ?

Because of such people our country name is getting affected badly.

I wish I could do something to teach him a lesson .

Please let me know if there is any way now that I can report this to USCIS .

If you actually have real evidence, and not just "somebody told me", then you can contact ICE to report it. They have contact information on their website www.ice.gov

You should call to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at (866) 347-2423. More info at: www.ice.gov.

Alternatively, you can also contact to your local FBI office.

Once you do this, please update the thread and let us know the results.
