Advice Pls...H4 while on EAD

Hi all,

Presently I am on H1 working for company A. My wife has H4. We both have EAD from March 2012. I have not used EAD for working, but my wife is using.

Now I am moving to company B and they are planning to do H1 for me. They are also ready to do H4 for my wife

My questions are

1. Is it ok to file H4 for my wife when she is working on EAD?

2. Do I have to file AC21 as I am not planning to comeback to company A after I get my GC
