alitaleg Posted February 20, 2013 Report Share Posted February 20, 2013 Hello, My I140 was filed on Aug 23. My i485 was filed Nov 16. I am in the Eb-2 category for ROW. I have already received my i131 and i765 approvals, but until today (almost 6 months), my i140 application has not been approved. Will both i140 and i485 be considered together now? Attorney_11 Posted February 28, 2013 Report Share Posted February 28, 2013 The I-140 can be premium processed for an additional fee. Generally, the USCIS considers and approves I-140 and I-485 applications separately but within short order of one another. Link to comment
