mejantoo Posted February 20, 2013 Report Share Posted February 20, 2013 Hi All, I have a question one of the company is planning to file my H1-B this year and the process will start in the month of April 2013 So if everything goes well I can start working from 1st Oct 2013 But my issue is I would like to travel to India in the month of April 2013 for some family reasons As one company has filed for my H1-B will I face any problem Can you advise me whether I can leave US and come back when I am applying for Change of Status from H4 to H1-B Link to comment

Timing is an important consideration. It is recommended that the advise of a competent credible immigration attorney be sought to determine a personalized legal strategy. Link to comment
