rajkiran20 Posted February 19, 2013 Report Posted February 19, 2013 My current L1 extension expires in Oct 2013 and my employer is going to apply H1B in april 2013. 1)Can i travel to INDIA in the month of may while H1B is pending ? 2) what are the chances of getting stamp on L1 extn where the duration is less than 6months ?
