rpv
Hi I came to US in 2009 on L1 B Blanket Visa and my dependents got L2 Visa Stamped in 2010 using the L1 B Blanket petition. They were in US for some time and went back to India in Jan 2012. My Visa Expired in Mid 2012 and my I-94 is valid till June 2013. Now, can my dependants go for a new L2 Visa Stamping using the same Blanket petition(Indefinetly Valid) and my I-94. Note : I havent filed my extension yet, and just checking if my dependants can use the current L1B Blanket Petition and go for L2 stamping. Link to comment
Attorney_11
So long as a principal L-1 nonimmigrant is maintaining status pursuant to an approved individual or blanket L petition, dependents of the principal may apply for a L-2 visa or admission as an L-2 nonimmigrant based on a valid L-2 visa.
