help276 Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 hello all, has anybody had any experience with attending a visa interview for medical treatment? My situation is a little urgent. Please let me know what documents are needed and what is the procedure. If anyone has attended the interview in any consulate in India. all info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Attorney_25 Posted February 19, 2013 Report Posted February 19, 2013 This absolutely requires the assistance of a qualified attorney.
Attorney_11 Posted February 19, 2013 Report Posted February 19, 2013 It is advisable to seek the counsel of a qualified immigration attorney to determine a personalized filing packet. In general, the regular documentation for a tourist visa is mandatory, along with documentation describing the medical circumstances and the proof of ability to meet any and all financial and medical costs.
