himanshugupta
Hi, I was in US between 2007-2010 and that time one of my employer (dec 2007 - apr 2008) did not give me company leaving certificate. I am filing this year for a fresh H1B application and It seems I need to submit all my previous employers leaving certificates. please suggest what can i do in this case? do i need to submit leaving certificate or I can submit anything else. Regards, Himanshu Link to comment
itsmeusa
I heard this first time that you need a leaving certificate. You can give them experience letters (usually needed on the company letterhead) wherein your employment dates are mentioned. Link to comment

They trust work experience given on your resume. Link to comment
