SD@N Posted February 15, 2013 Report Posted February 15, 2013 My L1-B and I-94 both are expiring on June 27, 2013. My husband who is on L2 here has his L2 and EAD valid up to June 27, 2013. His I-94 is valid up to May 2015. Both our employers are filing our H1-B Visa this year. My question is how can we continue staying here in US legally since I am 10 weeks pregnant and would not like to travel any time between June to Oct. Pl suggest what option do my spouse and i have to continue staying between June 27 to Oct (till H1-B gets approved) irrespective of the legal "work permit" ; if my employer is not willing to file my L1-B (I-94) extension.
