ukhry Posted February 14, 2013 Report Posted February 14, 2013 Hi, I was on L1B visa through some comapny and got H1b last year and started working on H1b from Dec 2012. I went to INdia for visa stamping and got denied. Now Can I use same h1b cap and ask someother client to file a new petition and go for interview once my new petition is approved. 1) When H1B stamping is denied, does that mean that particular petition is denied or h1b is rejected. 2) After stamping denied, can I use same h1b cap and ask someother employer to file a new petition without waiting for next year quota. Thanks, AG
