When on H4 visa is it mandatory to stay at the same residence as spouse who is the primary H1 holder.

Hi I am currently on H4 visa enrolled for masters...since my university is far off from my husbands office and our home I wish to move to the campus housing...I would like to know if there will be any immigration issues if I do not stay at the same residence as my spouse but we would stay in the same city .
