Using AP and approved H1B petetion as Work Authorization

Hi

I have EAD/AP combo card as part of Greencar which is valid until Mar 4th 2013. I have another renewed EAD/AP combo card which is valid from Mar 5th 2013 to Mar 4th 2015. Both card says "serves as I-512 parole"

I travelled from US to India on Feb 12th. My H1B exension was pending when I travelled on Feb 12th.

I am planning to use my AP when I travel back to US on Feb 28th 2013. Can I still use my approved H1B petetion as work authorization with same employer. If not can I use EAD as work authorization

your h1b pending petition got abandoned when you left the US.

so once you return you are using ead to work.

Forgot to add a point.

My H1B extension petition got approved when I am in India. So,this lets that my H1B petition is not abondoned.

Also, my company is also asking me to go for H1B stamping in India.
