ardentaj Posted February 14, 2013 Report Share Posted February 14, 2013 Hi, My employer has decided to change my current L1B VISA status to H1B VISA this year 2013 and also for applying for green card my attorney is preparing petition for labor certification(PERM). So before consulating my attorney wanted to confirm that is it possible to the apply for H1B VISA and PERM at the same time in order change my current L1B VISA type? SInce I find being in L1B VISA is more beneficial for me than converting to H1B VISA,is it posssible to directly get labor certification for green card processing from L1B VISA? Link to comment
