Lost I-485 Receipt Notice

Hello, I applied for my I-485 in Feb-12 when my priority dates became current. My PD is Oct-2009. I received my EAD/AP card and i have recently applied for its renewal. Unfortunately i lost my

I-485 receipt notice and i called USCIS customer care and they sent me a mail saying: 'USCIS cannot print copy of your receipt notice as it was sent to you by lockbox on 2/12/12 and not returned undeliverable. Please contact lockbox location in this matter.' I would need advice on how to get a duplicate copy of my I-485 receipt. I have receipt notice for my wife. Please advice.

Do you have a copy of your receipt? If so, the copy would usually do. In absense of that, you should know your receipt number, and can use other notices, like the fingerprint notice instead.
