GC in EB2 Category if I go back to old employer

I have 6 Months experience in India.

Masters from US

4 Yrs exp with company A

1 Yrs exp with Company B

I am thinking about joining Company A(old company) now but not sure if I would be eligible for EB2 category. I have more than 5yrs exp. My job does not require masters degree so they cannot sponsor based on my Masters degree. I am not sure if my 4ys exp with company A will be countable towards 5 years experience if Company A is doing my GC.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Typically, experience with the same employer will not count towards an experience requirement for a job offered by that employer in connection with a Labor Certification PERM application, unless the experience with the same employer was in a job which was at least 51% different than then one in connection with the Labor Certification PERM application.

the position applying for perm as futrure position should be different from current position

Typically is EITHER MS OR 5 years. The issue for EB2 is still the job requirements not your experience
