Hi

I am planning to attend for interview of my H1B. I want to know what information does he have on his system like Does he have client letter information that I have submitted when I applied for H1B. I am changing from F1 to H1.

At that time I have EVC model and has that information in client letter. Now I am going through EC model. I am with same employer and same client.

Please suggest

Looks like you are working at the same client location and for the same employer as at the time you applied for H1. Are you also working on the same project, i.e, same contract terms?

If you change your Vendor or remove a layer in between, my 'guess' is it wont affect your case that much, like say changing a client. In reality, there is no place in your DS-160 (or I-129) to mention vendors (or differentiate between EC,EVC or EVVC), so the question of vendor doesn't come up until you present the client letter at the interview. And when it does come up, have a concise explanation ready for the change.

Hi

Thanks all for replying. I agree its tough to say what information VO has. Want to check If anyone had similar situation.

Apart from the client letter which I submitted while applying H1, I dont think there is any information of Vendor in any forms like I-129 etc.

Just worried If that client letter exists in VO records!!

Again, they have access to all the information USCIS has. That of course includes client letters.

Don't think the government is behind technologically. They have databases...

I doubt if they have all the information in front of them, at that time .. It costs much to maintain all databases like that ... I mean, that is the reason they are giving 221g for further verification when they doubt something .. so they may not have at that time but they may doubt it and may verify it .. some or the other way, later on ... So, it is better to tell truth ..

What is your situation ? .. your client changed after H1B or what ? ...
