Lost Appointment Confirmation ID

I booked my mother's visit visa appointment for February 27th , 2013 at Muscat, Oman. But was not able to print the confirmation page and the page closed unexpectedly, I could not save the number anywhere else.

I tried to fill a new ds-160 form and book the appointment again but it asks me for the ID during the original appointment.

I have emailed the consular office , have not received any reply yet.

Can someone kindly tell me a way to retrieve the appointment confirmation ID.
