sevuganh
My OPT Date was from Jan 1st 2007 till Dec 31st 2007. But my Employer has stated on my Experience letter as Dec 2006 till Dec 2007. On my PERM application date is given as Dec 2006 till Dec 2007, since its stated like that on Experience letter. Could this trigger an RFE? Link to comment
t75
Did you actually work for the employer prior to your OPT start date? If not, why was he creating letters not based on actual records? Link to comment

rahul412
Yes, I was working on CPT. Then I was working in OPT. here you go. So your employer was correct, but you messed by working in CPT. Link to comment
t75
If you were on CPT prior to Dec, why did he not include it as part of the letter? You need to make a complete resume and account for all of the time in detail. Have all of your pregraduation experience documentation. The confusion may be that he is considering that OPT started on graduation date rather than OPT document. If you get an RFE, you have an explanation ready which is all you can do at this date. The attorney can advise you as to what is the best evidence to present. I expect that he would tell you not to worry. Link to comment
