Visa Stamping during 140 process

Is it recommended to make any travel plan during i140 processing? I have 797 but I will have to get my visa stamped if I travel. Is there any problem in going for H1 stamping when 140 is under process?

Travel will not affect the processing of the I-140, nor should the I-140 affect your ability to obtain a visa. (The exception is where some determination of fraud is made on one or the other - that will affect both.)
