buggy Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 Dear My H1B expired in 2010. I was in US for 4 months in 2008, but there are no pay stubs. Now I want to apply again. will it be processed in the regular yearly cap, or there's another way, as the visa was already stamped once. thanks buggy
t75 Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 You can use the remainder, However, violation of the rules and not having pay stubs may adversely affect stamping. You should have properly pursued that matter at that time.
buggy Posted February 13, 2013 Author Report Posted February 13, 2013 How should I proceed now? the body shopper who sponsored the H1b in 2008 has closed the company now. I was wondering if I can look for a job, and then ask some other body shopper to go ahead with premium processing? Wanted to figure out all the options. And how to cover the pay stubs issue - it was recession then, the project got scrapped.
