RK31 Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 Is it ok to travel to India for 3 weeks and Re-enter in US ..2 months before H-1B Visa Expired. Would there be any issues India or US Immigration.
lko123 Posted February 11, 2013 Report Posted February 11, 2013 I had the same situation. I entered just fine. At POE the lady said you have 62 days left on your visa, make sure you attach the new I-94 when you get an extension.
