desiamigo Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 Hello - I have a valid H1B Visa, stamped and expiring in Jan 2013. My wife entered the states on H4 Visa (Expiring in Jan 2013 as per the H4 Stamp in the passport) and later transferred to H1B Visa. She has a valid I797 for the H1B, but not stamped yet. We are planning to cruise to Hawaii through Mexico for 7 days and would like to find out, if there would be any immigration issues. Please advice. Thanks.
